MY ITEM IS BACK-ORDERED, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

This means that your item is either on its way to us, is part of a pre-order or a customized item.  These items ship as soon as they arrive.  Pre-orders, back-orders, or customized items; in which case you know at time of purchase that the item will ship when it arrives.  We do these pre-orders and back-orders to better manage inventory and ordering.  Often times there are discounts on pre-orders to allow us to pass thru these inventory management savings on to you.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 – 2 business days.

With the exception of pre-orders, back-orders, or customized items; in which case you know at time of purchase that the item will ship when it arrives.  We do these pre-orders and back-orders to better manage inventory and ordering.  Often times there are discounts on pre-orders to allow us to pass thru these inventory management savings on to you.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US, UK, or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 – 20 days to receive your order. 

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. GeekyGood.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.  If your item is free shipping below the free shipping threshold; it will still ship free, but the item will ship to billing address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. GeekyGood.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

US Shipped items ship from either USPS, UPS or FEDEX (usually USPS) and tracking information will be available once shipped.  We attempt to manage shipping costs since we offer flat rate or free shipping, we often rotate how items are shipped.

 For items shipping from China or UK, please allow up to 4-6 weeks delivery time as they are shipping from overseas.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our primary warehouse is in America, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

We are only able to ship within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

WHY DON’T I SEE THE SAME DEAL ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT I SEE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can’t stop this since it’s the way Facebook works. 

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR “COMPARED TO” PRICES?

We get these prices from our vendors or from competitor analysis.  Often times with licensed items we have minimum advertised pricing (MAP) and manufacturer suggested retail pricing (MSRP), with MAP, we always offer the lowest pricing because we aren’t competing with any competitors.
